Defined a very easy to use import format enabling staff to rapidly define all the tickets they were going to offer, then developed an import and validation automation so their staff could easily try and retry options until they got an optimum solution.
Provided a significant reduction in time and more critically a reduction in errors generated from invalid or missing data. This increased their sale rate, optimised their resale margins and reduced the effort required in first line sales and support.
