Redgum enabled the previous owner of Payrite to sell his business to his staff, translating the knowledge in his head into a software platform that provided self-service capabilities to his clients.

What did Redgum do?

Redgum constructed a customer self-service portal to manage the payroll, automatically reaching out just before each payroll, capturing any changes needed.

The staff then got their own portal enabling them to review and address anomalies before submitting the validated data for final payroll execution.

This system saved the purchasers a lot of time and meant they didn’t have to hire more staff to grow the business as they were planning and justified a larger sale price that suited both sides.

The platform assisted customers entering wage information, validated the inputs to ensure they hadn't entered data incorrectly and, for most weeks made payroll a simple review and submit step they could do on their phone.
