Redgum helped prove it was possible to take the complexity out of the town planning approval process and reduce 9 month bureaucracy down to a few weeks coordination.

What did Redgum do?

Redgum used a combination of Low Code and real code components to develop a proof of concept business process system.

This system put the 3D model of a house plan on a website and provided the tools town planners need to assess and approve a new building.

This prototype allowed our client to demonstrate a complex concept being solved simply and gain buy-in from stakeholders to progress the project.

It also proved that the technology was possible and allowed us to make sensible decisions about the actual build.

What does it mean for our Client?

What does it mean for their customers?

It reduces the bureaucracy of a 9 month approval process, with long letters, conflicting version of documents etc down to a managed few weeks negotiation with all parties (architect, town planners and specalists like arborists) all engaged on the single point of reference.
