What did Redgum do?

Redgum developed a hybrid App and website.

The App was designed for field technicians to see their job schedule, report on jobs, log their time and place order for materials. It enabled notifications for changes to the job schedule or emergencies.

The website was for the coordination team showing them a map with all technicians, all their clients and the active jobs, next jobs and travel times to be dealt with.

Dreager could optimise their technicians time, ensuring they could get more jobs completed, with the appropriate materials required, while remaining responsive to their service agreements.
