  • We generally do not take projects as a single block. We break them down into smaller projects
  • Our industry has a 80% fail rate at $1M + projects. This can generally be summed up as biting off to much at once.
  • Greater value is gained early in the process by delivery of smaller components as you can start using them and getting a return sooner

    This table assumes you clearly understand and can communicate your requirements in detail sufficient that we can create a Blueprint documentation set. Choices made through the blueprint phase will greatly impact the final result.

    We have focused on the primary design and development stages of the project. There are several other oommon stages that Redgum can assist with but the options vary considerably depending on the situation.

  • Discovery Phase. Defining the high level business areas, detailing and refining the business processes to improve both the current work practices and also identify the requirements for how the software system will support the activities discovered.
  • Implementation Phase. After construction there is a phase where the system needs to be rolled out,users need to be transitioned over to a new way of operating, surrounding systems are integrated together and the business settles down into its new mode of operation.
  • Ongoing Assistance, Maintenance and Growth. Once the system is installed and running you will be able to access ongoing support for the product using our SLA. Make minor alterations, get newreports and make sure the system stays tuned with our Maintenance Agreement. Because your business needs, users, customers, product and surrounding environment will not stay static you will need to extend and refine and change your application over time with our Evolution model.
