Matt White

Matt is one of the founders of Redgum Technologies, an experienced software project manager and is the user interface and usability specialist. Matt is responsible for client technical support and Research and Development.
Matt has over eight years experience as a business manager, project manager, systems analyst, systems architect and integrator. Over the past two years, he has been focused on process management and usability for newspaper and news media systems.
Matt is presently running key research and development projects within Redgum focusing on the software development automation and framework development. Matt is also the lead developer and designer for the news & media publishing arm of Redgum.
Robin Vessey

Robin first started developing an interest in programming when he was eight, by the time he was 15 he had developed his first commercial application.
Since co-founding Redgum Technologies, Robin spent the first eight years as the Lead Architect / Systems Designer before transitioning to the role of CEO/MD. Robin’s goal is to become Chief Dreamer and Strategist blending both the business model development and software development experiences.
Robin brings more than 12 years commercial experience in the IT industry to Redgum Technologies. Robin is an experienced senior analyst and programmer, systems architect, database analyst and object designer, having implemented a broad range of technical solutions to a host of clients in a broad range of industries.
Robin is currently focused on growing the Redgum business. He is also responsible for prototyping new concepts for production lining the creation of custom software and improving internal operations and processes. Robin also works closely with key clients to aid them in progressing their businesses with the use of intelligent technology.
Daniel Findley

Head of Implementation, Daniel draws on his in-depth understanding of system structures, architectures and component interaction to implement solutions. Daniel possesses a comprehensive understanding of Object-Oriented programming and specialises in its implementation on Microsoft Windows platforms.
Daniel has a very broad range of skill sets from design, development, integration, troubleshooting. Daniel has a passion for all things development which has made him the Redgum technical guru for internal staff and clients alike.
Scott Rapsey
Lead Programmer - Real Time Systems.Qualification: Dip I.T. (Software Development)
Scott joined the Redgum team 11 years ago, when he first graduated from University. Initially Scott was responsible for the design and development of functional user friendly user interfaces and developing tools used to assist in creating and maintaining software solutions.
Over the last 6-8 years Scott has focused on real-time and specific domain modelling systems working on systems targeted at fields as diverse as monitoring patients in aged care, automated layout of newspapers and real time call centre management and monitoring.
Lucas Sherwood
Qualifications: B Eng.Lucas brings more than 12 years of web development experience from the US, UK and all over Europe after being a part of many successful and not so successful development teams throughout the dot com era. He has developed in a wide range of web technologies both client side and server side giving him a unique perspective on where web development fails and what it takes to make it work.
Lucas manages the technical side of design through to delivery for several key Redgum accounts.
Lucas is also responsible for the escalation in our internal NERF arsenal and has a secret fetish for all things Apple.
